Magda is a contemporary seascape artist living in Dorset. Born in Dublin, she moved to London to continue a career in broadcast media, which only made her yearn for the sea more.

Magda and her family moved to Dorset in 2019 and she followed her passion for painting what she loved the most.

She creates semi-abstract seascapes hoping to prompt feelings of calm, freedom and tranquillity. Using oils, Magda combines a variety of tools to create her art. From palette knives to brushes, and even sometimes sponges Magda tries to manipulate the oil paints to build depth and texture.

Magda regularly travels along the UK coast to seek inspiration for her work, from Cornwall and Dorset, to Scotland and Yorkshire and has successfully shared her work across the UK and Internationally, acquiring collectors across the world.
